✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
✔️ Assess and diagnose mental health conditions using evidence-based tools.
✔️ Create and manage effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
✔️ Support patients with trauma recovery and long-term mental health care.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and refer to other specialists as needed.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
✔️ Licensure: Active NY State Psychologist license.
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience.
✔️ Language: Must be fluent in Spanish (Bilingual required).
✔️ Schedule: Full-time with on-site presence required only 1–2 days/month.
