✅ Qualifications
✔️ Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Psychology
✔️ Active, unrestricted WA license in Clinical Psychology
✔️ Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience
✔️ 1+ year of post-Master’s clinical work; 5+ years of DDDS consultation preferred
✔️ Strong understanding of psychometric tools, medical record review, and SSA disability criteria
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, and collaboration skills
✔️ Not excluded from federal healthcare programs and licensed to operate in Washington
✔️ Willingness to attend quarterly DDDS consultant meetings
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review complex psychological cases and resolve conflicting medical evidence
✔️ Advise DDDS adjudicative staff and train on psychological evaluation standards
✔️ Interpret psychometric test results and provide expert opinions
✔️ Ensure decisions align with DDDS procedures and federal regulations
✔️ Participate in consultant meetings to maintain consistency and compliance
