✅ Qualifications
✔️ Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
✔️ Active, unrestricted Washington State Psychology license
✔️ Must be licensed to conduct business in Washington
✔️ 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
✔️ 1+ year of post-Master’s clinical experience
✔️ Skilled in psychometric testing, psychological evaluations, and diagnostics
✔️ Not excluded from participation in federal healthcare programs
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct diagnostic psychological evaluations and psychometric testing for DDDS claimants
✔️ Interpret psychological records and assess mental health impairments
✔️ Provide consultative reports and feedback to DDDS adjudication staff
✔️ Participate in quarterly meetings to support consistent evaluation standards
✔️ Ensure full compliance with DDDS and federal guidelines
