Coverage Type: Call Only

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with internal medicine and gastroenterology concerns.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Participate in inpatient rounds and provide specialized care to hospitalized patients when necessary.
Document patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly in the Cerner EMR system.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Active medical license in the state of Georgia.
Experience in providing care to both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Cerner.
Flexibility to provide on-call coverage as required.
