**GI Needed in Illinois for 2 Weeks/Month**

Job description

We are working with a hospital in Illinois that is needing a GI for at least 2 weeks/month while they are serching for a perm provider:

Specialty: GI
Setting: Outpatient
Start Date: Aug/Sept - ongoing
Requirements: BC GI, IL license or IMLC, DEA, BLS, ACLS
Pay: $300/hr + travel/lodging + malpractice insurance
Schedule: 2+ weeks/month…Mon-Fri…8a-5p
Call: no
Patient Load/Age: 8-10 cases per day but varies
Procedures: General GI Services, main procedures are colonoscopy screenings, EGDs…No ERCP or EUS
EMR: EPIC
COVID vax needed: yes
Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
