Job description

224-bed facility in Cumberland, MD is looking for outpatient GI coverage. Please see the details below and get in touch with us if you'd like to discuss. Malpractice coverage and travel will be provided.

Providers need to cover the ASC and/or same day surgery center MWF 7a-330p and the clinic 8a-430p Tues/Thurs.
Typically, 12-14 procedures a day, which is a variety of colonoscopy’s and EGD’s. On Tuesday and Thursday, the provider will be in the outpatient GI clinic seeing patients.
*Clinic Volume: 10-15 patients per day
*EMR: eClinicalworks and Meditech
*Time to Credential: 30 - 60 Days

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
*Prefer Maryland Licensed or IMLC in hand, but open to wait for Maryland license.
*Providers must have/be willing to obtain Maryland CDS (Controlled and Dangerous Substance) and Maryland DEA to work at Western Maryland |
*Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
*No ERCP, no EUS experience necessary
