Job Title: Physician (Internal Medicine – Gastroenterology)
Location: Albequerque, NM 87102
EMR: Epic
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Patients Per Shift: varies


Responsibilities: -
• Diagnosis and Treatment: Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and treat a variety of gastrointestinal conditions and diseases, including but not limited to, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and liver diseases.
• Patient Care: Establish strong patient relationships, educate patients about their conditions, and provide guidance on managing symptoms, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other medical specialists, nurses, dietitians, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Qualifications: -

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
