Locum Gastroenterologists needed in Pennsylvania

Location: Outside Lewiston, PA
Rate: Daily, hourly with expenses paid as needed.
LOA: Ongoing during permanent recruitment
License: Need Active PA license due to start date
Certs: PA active license, BC-GI or BE within 2 years, ACLS, BLS, DEA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5p, Call is every 3rd week. Flex start and end times as long as works with staff
Credentialing: ASAP, will grant emergency privileges, asking for case logs upfront
Other info: Inpatient and outpatient work, IP avg 12-15/day, OP avg 8-10 in a half day, 15 in full day. Must be comfortable with scoping. Internal GI physician and recruiter will conduct interviews and prefers Zoom. Group consists of 2 physicians, 2 PA's and 1 NP, 5 LPN/MA's. EMR =Meditech. Locum will be required at 3 locations total – all close to one another. The hospital, the current outpatient center and starting July-Sept, the new endoscopy center. Must be 100% comfortable with endoscopy/colonoscopy – All scopes are done in the hospital. Have flex with patient times – typically see 1 hour visits with new patients, and 30 minutes for established patients
