Locum Gastroenterologist Hospitalist Opportunity – 7on/7off – West Virginia

Job description

Inpatient GI Hospitalist opportunity with a 7on/7off schedule at a large regional referral center. The role focuses on adult patients and includes consults and procedures such as colonoscopies and EGDs. Supported by a full team of APPs and consult staff during weekdays, with a 3-person rotation on weekends. This is a high-volume role averaging 20–25 patients per day, offering a structured schedule and no call responsibilities.

• Ongoing 7on/7off schedule for 4–6 months
• No call – daytime coverage only (7:30a–5:30p)
• Procedures include Colonoscopies, EGDs, and general inpatient GI consults
