Location: Madison, CT
Employment Type: Per-Diem (1099 position)
Hourly Rate: $21.4 per hour

✅ Requirements
✔️ Education: Completion of an accredited CNA program.
✔️ Licensure: Active CT state CNA license and current BLS Certification.
✔️ Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience.
✔️ Skills: Compassion, reliability, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
✔️ Support rehabilitation goals through therapeutic exercises and patient engagement.
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and a clean, safe environment.
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care.
