Employment Type: Per-Diem (1099 position)

✅ Requirements
✔️ Education: Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
✔️ Licensure: Active Connecticut State CNA license and current BLS Certification.
✔️ Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant CNA experience.
✔️ Skills: Compassion, reliability, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
✔️ Support rehabilitation goals through patient engagement and therapeutic activities.
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and a clean, safe care environment.
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver personalized care.
