✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of an accredited CNA program
✔️ Active NJ state CNA license
✔️ Current BLS Certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✔️ Compassion, reliability, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
✔️ Support rehabilitation goals through therapeutic exercises and patient engagement
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, safe environment
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care
