✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Support patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
✔️ Monitor and report vital signs and patient changes to nursing staff
✔️ Assist with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation routines
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation using EHR systems
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and care teams to ensure high-quality, individualized care
✔️ Follow strict infection control and safety protocols

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Active New Mexico CNA license and BLS certification
✔️ Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehab setting preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of ADL assistance, vital sign monitoring, and infection control
✔️ Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills
