Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Per-Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pawling, NY. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide essential, hands-on care in a supportive clinical environment.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of an accredited CNA program
✔️ Active New York State CNA License and current BLS Certification
✔️ Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience

✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and a clean, safe environment
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care
