✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver high-level care to pediatric ICU patients
✔️ Monitor vitals, assess conditions, and respond to emergencies
✔️ Collaborate with care teams on treatment plans
✔️ Provide family education and emotional support
✔️ Maintain accurate EMR documentation (EPIC preferred)

✅ Qualifications
✔️ NY RN license (active)
✔️ 3+ years of PICU experience in Level 1 or 2 trauma center
✔️ BLS & PALS required; ACLS preferred
✔️ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔️ Strong critical thinking, communication & teamwork skills
