Job description

Start Date: March 2026 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 0700 - 1600, PRN to start; additional dates to be offered
Specific dates of Coverage: 3/31/2026
EMR: Eaglesoft
Special procedures: Dental Surgical Suite, General IV for moderate sedation

Active Florida License
Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 Days - Emergency Privileges Available
