Registered Nurse (ED/ER) – Selma, AL | $38/hr | Per-Diem (#SM0001)

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Per-Diem Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in the Emergency Department/Emergency Room at a medical center in Selma, AL. ✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
✔️ Active, unencumbered Alabama RN License
✔️ Minimum of 6 months RN work experience
✔️ CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, cultural competency, and adaptability
✔️ Credentialing Requirements: Clean background check, negative TB test, annual physical, COVID-19 vaccination, and other facility requirements

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity
✔️ Provide direct emergency nursing care, including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, cardiac monitoring, and trauma response
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
✔️ Continuously monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly
✔️ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
