Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Primary Care NP/PA for a short-term assignment in north central Colorado, providing integrated physical and behavioral health care within an outpatient clinic located inside a homeless shelter.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: February 2025
• Contract Length: Approximately 3 months
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only
• Schedule: Mondays and Fridays, weekly
• Shift Hours: 8:00a–5:00p

Work Details
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 2 shifts per week
• Patients per Day: Approximately 12
• Common Clinical Focus: Primary care/physicial medicine, Foot care, wound care, infectious disease management

Requirements
• Board Certification: FNP preferred; PMHNP considered only if highly comfortable managing physical health and practicing within full scope
• State License: Active Colorado license required
