NP/PA Needed in a Community Health Center 45 Min from Rochester, NY
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an Admin day on Thursdays.
- 3 month contract.
- 20 patients daily on average, seeing all ages.
- Solo provider with MA's and RN's.
- Must be enrolled in NY Medicaid and Medicare.
- Will pay travel and lodging
- NY Lic, DEA, BLS Needed
