✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
✔️ Active, unencumbered Alabama RN License
✔️ Minimum of 6 months RN work experience
✔️ CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, cultural competency, adaptability, and positive attitude
✔️ Credentialing Requirements: Clean background check, negative TB test, annual physical, COVID-19 vaccination, and other facility/agency requirements

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide comprehensive patient care across all phases of the endoscopy experience (pre-procedure, intra-procedure, post-procedure)
✔️ Safely administer and monitor moderate sedation, assessing vital signs, airway, and response to medications
✔️ Prepare, maintain, and assist with endoscopy equipment and instruments following infection control and sterile processing protocols
✔️ Accurately document all patient care from initial assessment through discharge
✔️ Collaborate with the endoscopy team (physicians, technicians, and staff) to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient outcomes
