✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
✔️ Active, unencumbered RN license in Alabama
✔️ Minimum 6 months of RN experience
✔️ CPR/BLS certification (required)
✔️ Clean background check, negative TB test, annual physical, COVID-19 vaccination
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, adaptability, and teamwork

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver age-appropriate nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents
✔️ Monitor pediatric vital signs and recognize early signs of distress
✔️ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and at-home care
✔️ Administer pediatric medications safely with precise dosage calculations
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, child life specialists, social workers, and nursing team to provide holistic care
