Employment Type: Per-Diem (1099 position)
Hourly Rate: $37.9 per hour

✅ Requirements
✔️ Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
✔️ Licensure: Active Connecticut State LPN license and current BLS Certification.
✔️ Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant LPN experience.
✔️ Skills: Compassion, reliability, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.
✔️ Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications, post-treatment care, and recovery goals.
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports.
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control standards, safety protocols, and facility policies.
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs throughout rehabilitation.
