✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.
✔️ Monitor patient status and document vitals, conditions, and care updates.
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to implement care plans.
✔️ Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and medications.
✔️ Maintain clinical records and ensure shift reports are accurate and complete.
✔️ Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.
✔️ Offer emotional support and patient advocacy during rehabilitation.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Licensure: Active LPN license in New Mexico; valid BLS and CPR certifications.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year in rehab, long-term care, or acute settings.
✔️ Technical Skills: EMR documentation and clinical recordkeeping.
✔️ Soft Skills: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
