✅ Qualifications
✔️ Certificate from an accredited LPN program
✔️ Current NY State LPN license and registration
✔️ BCLS, Infection Control, Child Abuse Certificates
✔️ 1–2 years ambulatory care experience preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Venipuncture, medication administration, immunizations, basic computer proficiency
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills; bilingual Spanish preferred

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver safe, high-quality patient care under RN supervision
✔️ Assist with respiratory needs, aerosol treatments, and suctioning
✔️ Perform therapeutic procedures, Foley catheter insertion/removal, EKGs, phlebotomy, and IV line maintenance
✔️ Prepare and administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document vital signs
✔️ Collect specimens and maintain accurate patient records
✔️ Support patients in using therapeutic equipment
✔️ Collaborate with care team members to meet patient and organizational goals
