Location: Bronx, NY 10451 (Hybrid office/field; travel within assigned DOE Nursing Regions)

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Staffing Coordination: Manage nurse assignments across multiple programs, ensuring coverage with qualified, cleared staff
✔️ Credentialing & Compliance: Verify nurse credentials, training, and DOE access before assignments
✔️ Scheduling Oversight: Maintain real-time awareness of schedules, vacancies, and float pools
✔️ System Management: Support proper use of OSH and DOE systems (Vendor Portal, ANT, ASHR, SESIS, WeLearn)
✔️ Billing & Reporting: Track operational and quality metrics; support billing workflows
✔️ Training Logistics: Coordinate nurse training sessions and documentation
✔️ Communication: Facilitate clear channels among nurses, supervisors, training staff, and DOE liaisons
✔️ Continuous Improvement: Assist with CQI activities and process enhancements

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Education, or related field required; Master’s preferred
✔️ Experience: 3–5 years in health, human services, education, or staffing/program management; school health or large field-based programs preferred
