Location: New York City, NY 10001 (Travel across DOE Nursing Regions required)

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Clinical Leadership: Provide oversight for all DOE and nonpublic school nurses, including per diem and specialized coverage
✔️ Supervision & Training: Design and monitor supervisory structures; lead nurse training and retraining programs
✔️ Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to NYS Nurse Practice Act, DOE/DOHMH policies, Medicaid compliance, and OSH standards
✔️ Systems & Documentation: Oversee accurate use of ASHR, SESIS successor, Vendor Portal, and other DOE/OSH systems
✔️ Quality Improvement: Lead CQI initiatives using data from audits, site visits, and stakeholder feedback
✔️ Collaboration: Partner with OSH leadership, DOE staff, families, and school teams to maintain safe, equitable student care
✔️ Equity & Cultural Competence: Promote diverse, culturally responsive care for all student populations

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education & Licensure: BSN required; Master’s in Nursing, Public Health, or related field preferred. Current NYS RN license required
✔️ Experience: Proven experience managing multi-site nursing services, supervision, training, and quality assurance for large field-based workforce
