✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
✔️ Active New York State Dental Hygienist license
✔️ 2+ years of clinical service or quality improvement/utilization review experience
✔️ Pediatric dental experience required
✔️ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and travel for on-site reviews

✔️ Complete all pre-review activities, including scheduling and prior data review
✔️ Conduct patient record audits and site observations
✔️ Identify deficiencies and make recommendations
✔️ Utilize data management tools to record findings
✔️ Prepare provider monitoring reports based on review outcomes
✔️ Participate in debriefs and special assignments as requested
