✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: BSN or equivalent
✔️ Licensure & Certifications: NYS RN, BCLS, Infection Control, Child Abuse Certificate
✔️ Experience: 3+ years in Ambulatory/Medical Surgery/ER settings preferred; 2+ years nursing experience
✔️ Skills: Venipuncture, medication administration, telephone triage, quality patient care, critical thinking
✔️ Language: Bilingual Spanish preferred

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead clinical nursing staff and oversee patient care operations
✔️ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate processes, personnel, and technology to achieve patient outcomes
✔️ Ensure effective patient flow, assist providers with procedures, referrals, and problem-solving
✔️ Maintain clinical inventory, supplies, and equipment
✔️ Hire, train, evaluate, and manage patient care staff
✔️ Lead interdisciplinary quality improvement programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
✔️ Conduct leadership and nursing meetings, maintain minutes, and communicate care area goals
