✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
✔️ Active NYS RN License; Infection Control Certificate, BCLS, Child Abuse Certification
✔️ Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience (FQHC/community health preferred)
✔️ Leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
✔️ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Support Nurse Manager in overseeing clinical operations and patient care
✔️ Evaluate nursing care quality and recommend improvements
✔️ Monitor and manage unit supplies, technology, and equipment
✔️ Facilitate leadership and care team meetings; maintain records
✔️ Coordinate ER referrals and collaborate with family practice teams
✔️ Implement current nursing policies and standards
✔️ Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives
✔️ Assume Nurse Manager responsibilities when absent, including staffing decisions
