✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct onsite inspections of home care agencies
✔️ Evaluate clinical services & regulatory compliance
✔️ Participate in survey teams and investigations
✔️ Prepare reports, deficiency statements & documentation
✔️ Review plans of correction & perform follow-ups
✔️ Provide clinical insight during inspections

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
✔️ Active NY State RN License
✔️ Strong clinical, analytical & documentation skills
✔️ Experience with electronic systems & MS Office
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Up to $42.00/hr based on experience
• Full-time
• Travel: As required for onsite surveys and investigations at assigned Homes / Communities
