✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct surveillance & compliance reviews of home care providers
✔️ Perform onsite inspections & post-survey revisits
✔️ Investigate complaints and evaluate care quality
✔️ Review Plans of Correction & regulatory documentation
✔️ Prepare reports, correspondence & enforcement documentation
✔️ Participate in hearings and quality improvement initiatives

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher
✔️ Active NY State RN License & registration
✔️ Strong clinical judgment & communication skills
✔️ Experience with documentation, compliance, or data systems preferred
✔️ Ability to interpret healthcare regulations

• $42.00/hr DOE
• Overtime: Not required
• Travel: As required for onsite surveys and investigations at assigned Homes / Communities
