✔️ Provide hands-on care to residents during night shifts
✔️ Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
✔️ Work closely with nurses and care teams in a skilled care setting

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient condition
✔️ Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
✔️ Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
✔️ Follow infection control and safety protocols

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of accredited CNA program
✔️ Active New York State CNA license
✔️ At least 1 year of skilled care or nursing home experience
✔️ Proof of Hepatitis B immunity
✔️ Availability for night shifts and every other weekend
✔️ Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability
