✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide direct nursing care to residents during evening shifts
✔️ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔️ Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vitals

✔️ Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
✔️ Active NY State LPN license required
✔️ Minimum 1 year nursing home (SNF) experience
✔️ Strong skills in patient care and medication administration
✔️ Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused
✔️ Must be immune to Hepatitis B

• 1 Week of Paid Vacation based on accruals after 3 months of employment
