✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver direct nursing care to residents during evening shifts
✔️ Administer medications and treatments accurately
✔️ Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vitals
✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams
✔️ Ensure compliance with facility policies and care standards

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
✔️ Active NY State LPN license required
✔️ Minimum 1 year experience in a nursing home/SNF setting
✔️ Strong clinical and medication administration skills
✔️ Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
✔️ Must be immune to Hepatitis B

• 1 Week of Paid Vacation based on accruals after 3 months of employment
