TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced LPN for a full-time, permanent Adult Day Health Coordinator / Supervisor opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an Adult Day Health Center serving a geriatric population while providing clinical oversight, care coordination, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a passion for caring for older adults, and experience working within interdisciplinary care teams.

Leadership & Operational Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Health Center
Supervise, orient, train, evaluate, and support Certified Nursing Assistants, Lead CNA, and Nutritional Aide staff
Serve as the clinical triage nurse and coordinate participant care across disciplines
Ensure compliance with Adult Day Health, PACE, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance activities
Manage departmental workflows, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Assist with budget development and monitoring
Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct and oversee nursing assessments according to organizational and regulatory standards
Coordinate participant care plans and ensure timely implementation of provider orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address participant needs and resolve care concerns
Provide direct participant care as appropriate
Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, families, and healthcare providers
Connect participants with internal and external resources as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and care records
Support participant, caregiver, and staff education initiatives
Qualifications
Active North Carolina LPN license required
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience required
At least 1 year of experience working with geriatric, frail, or elderly populations required
Proven experience overseeing teams of CNAs in a healthcare setting
Experience in home care, long-term care, Adult Day Health, or similar settings preferred
PACE experience strongly preferred
Please note: Candidates with doctorate‑level degrees will not be considered, as this role is not aligned with that level of qualification.

Additional Requirements
Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to meet competency requirements prior to independent practice
Must be comfortable working in an environment with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
