✅ Qualifications
✔️ Active New York State Physician Assistant license
✔️ Board Certification required
✔️ Open to new graduates; part-time candidates must have ENT/Allergy experience
✔️ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
✔️ Familiarity with ENT procedures, allergy management, and EHR systems

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess and manage patients with ENT and allergy-related conditions
✔️ Prescribe medications and coordinate treatments
✔️ Perform exams, administer injections, and monitor vital signs
✔️ Prepare patients for minor surgical procedures
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient histories
✔️ Assist physicians in surgeries and allergy testing
✔️ Provide patient education and support chronic condition management
✔️ Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
✔️ Ensure high-quality care in accordance with safety and regulatory standards
