Community Health Center Needs Locum Physician Coverage!

Job description

Community Health Center in San Jose, CA is in need of a locum physician this fall/winter. I've got details and my contact information below!

Location: San Jose
Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p: Thursday has to be 10a-7p; 1 hour lunch
21 patients per day
Has MA, RN, and LVN support, as well as heard office manager is an MA as well
Can cover Travel and lodging
Can hire in a week, 3 week credentialing
Will take FM, IM, or GP
EMR: Epic
Would like a 6 month contract, No On call
40 hours, no opportunity for OT, unless approved by staff
