Hourly Rate: $82.80 – $130.00 / hr

✅ Qualifications
Physician (MD/DO):
✔️ Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license
✔️ Active DEA registration (authority to prescribe controlled substances)
Nurse Practitioner (NP):
✔️ Active, unrestricted Colorado NP license
✔️ Active or obtainable DEA registration
Experience & Skills:
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years primary care experience preferred
✔️ Experience with adolescents/young adults, school-based or community health, or underserved populations strongly preferred
✔️ Trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a small multidisciplinary team
✔️ Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and Job Corps PRH health requirements
✔️ Commitment to federal, state, and local regulations
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide on-site primary and basic medical care to enrolled students (ages 16–24)
✔️ Conduct intake/initial physical exams and routine health assessments
✔️ Diagnose and treat minor illnesses and injuries
✔️ Manage chronic conditions within scope of practice
✔️ Promote health, prevention, and patient education
✔️ Review applicant medical files and contribute to admission/denial recommendations
✔️ Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation in Student Health Records (SHR) and required Job Corps forms
✔️ Prescribe and manage medications per Colorado law and Job Corps policy
✔️ Collaborate with Health & Wellness Director, mental health staff, and center departments
✔️ Participate in Disability Accommodation Committee (DAC) meetings and monthly health updates
✔️ Support infection control, safe use of medical equipment, and center security compliance
✔️ Provide occasional health education sessions for students and staff
