Gwinnett County, Georgia Family Medicine Need

Job description

• Family Medicine MD needed March 8th - June 30th
• Monday - Friday (8a-5p)
• May need a provider to work 3 days at one site and float to another for 2 days. (Do not submit a provider without indication if they will float or not)
• Support Staff: 1 PA/NP, 1 RN, 2 MA's, 3 Office Staff
• BC or BE. Will allow IMLC
• No call, outpatient. 20 PPD. ALL ages
• EPIC training is required and won't be completed until credentialing is complete.
• 21 days to credential
