VICP / CICP Medical Expert Witness (MD/DO) – Remote (#R10245)

📍 Location: Remote (U.S.) | Occasional Travel

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Physician Medical Expert Witnesses to provide independent medical opinions and testimony for federal vaccine and countermeasure injury cases under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) and Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

✅ Role Highlights
✔️ Review complex medical and legal case files
✔️ Analyze causation, medical reasonableness, and scientific evidence
✔️ Prepare written expert reports with cited literature
✔️ Respond to DOJ and U.S. Court of Federal Claims inquiries
✔️ Provide testimony (virtual or in-person when required)
✔️ Advise on vaccine safety, countermeasures, and adverse events

✅ Required Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
✔️ Board Certified in a relevant specialty (e.g., Neurology, Pediatrics, IM, ID, Allergy/Immunology, Rheumatology)
✔️ Current or recent (within 5 years) clinical or research activity
✔️ Academic appointment and affiliation with a U.S. medical center
✔️ Strong subject-matter expertise supported by publications or teaching
✔️ Ability to pass NPDB and federal background requirements

✅ Preferred Experience
✔️ Prior expert witness or medico-legal consulting experience
✔️ Background in vaccine-related, neurological, immunologic, or autoimmune conditions
