Job description

Aya Locums is seeking experienced physicians to conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Each visit includes a comprehensive review of medications, medical history, and a physical evaluation performed in the patient’s home. Physicians will work with pre-populated, patient-specific forms and do not prescribe medications, order labs, or change existing treatment plans.

Work Details:
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Short-Term or Long-Term; options include Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract, PRN, Travel, Temporary, or Seasonal
• Shift Details: Flexible schedule, Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM (no nights or weekends required)
• Average visits per day: 6–9
• EMR: My Signify
• Practice Setting: Home Health
• Department Description: Manage patient care in-home while maintaining flexibility for personal and clinical commitments

Requirements:
• Board Certification (BC) in relevant specialty
• State medical license
• Master’s degree or higher
