Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 4-5 days per week
- Dates of Coverage: 3 months with the option to extend.
- Job Setting: Clinic
- Types of Cases: Work physicals and/or Occupation Medicine visits.
- Patients per day/ volume: 18-22 (20 minute patient visits)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
- Licensure: Active Washington license required.
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
