✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO degree
✔️ Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license
✔️ EMS/OMD experience preferred; board certification a plus
✔️ Strong knowledge of EMS protocols, QA/QI, and VAOEMS standards
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills

✔️ Provide clinical oversight for Fire & EMS operations
✔️ Develop, review, and maintain EMS protocols
✔️ Ensure compliance with VAOEMS regulations
✔️ Oversee quality and appropriateness of pre-hospital care
✔️ Support training, performance improvement, and emergency readiness
