Outpatient Primary Care with WI Corrections– Great Pay

Job description

We have a Outpatient Family Medicine coverage need for Wisconsin Corrections. The locations available are Stanley, Portage, and New Lisbon. Each of these locations offers great pay and great schedules.

6 or 12-month assignments and all locations have potential for extending
Schedule: M-F 8 hour shifts or 4 10 hour shifts
8-10 Patients/day
No weekends, No call

REQUIRED:
WI state license; active, unrestricted
Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#) as defined by
Medicare Part B.
DEA
BLS

COMPENSATION:
~ Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
~ Malpractice insurance provided
