Job description

• Nevada State License Needed; DEA Active
• Credential Fast, ability to get insurance approved while working
• M-F; easy going
• Roughly 8-10 patients a day
• Need Nevada CSR (easy to get)
• Single practitioner with support staff
• 2 MA’s

• End of June/July 1st start date. This is a direct client.
Must be a family practitioner or family advanced practice provider
