Nurse Practitioner Needed

Job description

Charleston-based. FNP / NP / PA is responsible for managing the existing practice and fill in for our current NP on her maternity leave mid June until September 2023. The NP will be responsible for managing The Drip Lounge’s weight loss program, establishing patient-physician relationship, patient’s assessment, documentation, taking telehealth calls, placing, monitoring, and assessing intravenous systems, medications and/or IV vitamin products. FNP will work in The Drip Lounge's downtown Charleston Med Spa located on upper King Street.

Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the FNP develops and implements a plan that meets each client’s specific needs and is in compliance with Accreditation Agency, federal and state regulations, as well The Drip Lounge policies and procedures. The principal duties of the FNP / NP will be to manage the weight loss program, administer The Drip Lounge menu and help grow the client base.

Qualifications include:

Current South Carolina state registered FNP/NP/PA license
Weight loss medication knowledge preferred
IV vitamin therapy experience preferred
Leadership capabilities with the ability to relate well to staff and other professionals
Must be a team player
IV skills are required
Monday - Friday
8.5 hour shift

• Ongoing for 3 months
• No call; no weekends
• Weight management and IV hydration
