Job description
Aya Locums is seeking a Home Health Physician (MD) for a flexible assignment in North Central Colorado, providing in-home health evaluations for patients.
Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available
• Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday between 7:00a–7:00p
• Nights/Weekends: Not required
Work Details
• Average Visits Per Day: 6–9 in-home evaluations
• Patient Population: Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
• Responsibilities: Medication and medical history review, comprehensive physical evaluation
Travel & Logistics
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (based on eligibility)
Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active CO license required
• Education: Master’s degree required
