Job description

-Patient volume 15-20 per day. Support staff Two MAs and One RN.
-Thursday-Friday 10-6 one early day 7am Thursday or Friday.
-Need regular hours but can be flexible so that we can be available for various shifts.
-Primary care plus some occupational health(pre-work physicals, workman's comp)
-On-going coverage
-DOT IS REQUIRED but can be obtained after presentation
-Indiana License, DEA, locals
