Great opportunity to help our underserved population!

•Quick Credentialing
•Must have NJ License, & BLS
•ASAP START (flexible)
•Facility Schedule: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm with 1hr lunch must be able to do at least 3 days
•Team based care. Provider will be working with BH providers to care for patients. Will also have MA, LPN, MA, Care Coordinator and Population Health Team
•Basic primary care for undeserved population. Minimal procedures. Might have some suturing, but basically sick/well visits, immunizations, some COVID testing
• Youngest age is typically 4 years old
• 90% adults and 10% pediatrics
• low pt volume
• No after hours call
