Job description

FP/IM needed for full-time coverage with Facility in Albuquerque, NM
- 6 month MINIMUM contract with the ability to extend
o Credentialing timeframe: roughly 8 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p (40 hours per week, no OT)
- Roughly 12-15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care and chronic care cases
- Facility uses EMR, provider should be proficient using electronic records
- BC or truly Board Eligible required
- Any state license
- DEA required
- T&L is provided
